This policy applies to enrollments in Schiller International University's online Executive MBA and MA in International Relations & Diplomacy (MA-IR) programs through this landing page. Policies comply with Schiller International University's Enrollment Agreement, US Department of Education regulations, and ACCSC accreditation standards.
1. Application Fee
Non-refundable: ₹5,000
Covers document review, interview, and processing.
2. Pre-Enrollment Cancellations (Full Refund)
Full refund (excluding non-refundable application fee) if cancellation occurs BEFORE CLASS COMMENCEMENT:
- ✅ Within 3 business days of signing Enrollment Agreement
- ✅ Before program start date (Feb 9, 2026 cohort)
- ✅ Before official orientation procedures complete
- ✅ Visa refusal (submit official letter within 30 days)
Required: Written cancellation via email (reachus@apexexed.com) or Certified Mail.
3. Post-Enrollment Cancellations (STRICT NO REFUND)
🚫 NO REFUNDS AFTER CLASS COMMENCEMENT
- Once classes begin (Feb 9, 2026)
- 100% tuition obligation – No exceptions
- No pro-rata refunds
- No partial refunds
- Full payment due regardless of attendance
4. Reservation Deposit
- 💰 10% of tuition (₹25,000 MBA | ₹24,800 MA-IR)
- ✅ Non-refundable after class commencement
- ✅ Credited toward tuition if enrolled
- ✅ Due 7 days post-acceptance
5. University-Initiated Cancellation
- Transfer to next cohort (no cost), or
- Full refund within 30 days
